Thats why there should be private education only.With the tax saving even the poor could afford private schooling for their kids.

OT RE: Locker company on strike

I believe it's the workers for the locker company that went on strike.
The problem may be the unavoidable result of contracting out work to untrustworthy private enterprise. If the New Paltz board would insist on hefty non-completion penalties the work would get done on time or would be compensated for the resulting losses.

Oh, by the way, Bob Dole spent most of his life in Congress -- a broken organization if I ever heard of one.
