Re -- Csco is no Dell in this capacity.

Cisco is no Dell in any capacity. They are fundamentally DIFFERENT companies. Comparing the 2 other than in stock price is meaningless.

csco already derived 50-60% revenue from web-based commerce; will be in this vicinity in future as certain segments of products require more human interactions; again, this area is nothing to do with core technology/mktng and can be and is being now duplicated by others.
Logistically advanced management does not necessarily correlate to efficiency, economies of scale nor make competition further behind
