The Company should be major buyers of the stock here with the $168 million in cash on the balance sheet earning a paltry 4-5%. The $50 million buyback program should be implemented aggressively.

The bond market and treasuries have already signaled there will be a rate cut by the FED. this will provide the cure for currently depressed equities.

When you see front page headlines in the Wall Street manipulated media shouting disaster and showing pictures of worried traders - smart investors should start buying for all they're worth. This is the surest signal that major money is about to be made on the long side. When the bears are reduced to pointing out that Russia is broke (as if Russia hasn't been broke for 80 years) you know they're scraping bottom.

CYMI represents an incredibly oversold opportunity, not likely to be repeated.

Good Luck To Each And All

Clinton going to Russia IMO will help stabilize our market and I would expect a nice bounce this week. I think we could trade sideways till our next demise which I'm sure will be caused by Hong Kong, for they will be the next to fall into the valley of doom and will take us down harder than we can fathom.

As far as CYMI, I'm in at 29 and have pretty much written it off for a couple of years.
