I'm answering your questions. How is that changing the subject? You asked my why I didn't immediately believe the Washington Post reporter. That's one of the reasons why.

And it wasn't an accusation. The person admitted it and was fired. Then stripped of her Pulitzer prize because of journalistic fraud.

Christine, California Proposition 10 will raise the cigar tax from 28% now to 62% in 99 and 99% in the year 2000.

And noone knows how the money collected will be spent. Except create 6000 more state jobs.

On November 03, we will see how the California electorate feels about tobacco usage and taxes.

I am sure Nevada retailers will enjoy selling a lot more cigars to Californians next year if it passes.

I'm not surprised the leader of this movement is nicknamed "Meathead" :-)
