That's not true. WSW has a much greater responsibility to give viewers a picture of what their money is actually buying. But maybe you aren't serious? Let people get poor slowly so it doesn't hurts so much? What you say reminds me of the old story of the time a concert hall caught fire. The first violinist stepped to the front of the stage. "Dear people," he said, "do not be afraid. Everything is under control." So everyone returned to their seats, and he played the sweetest music he knew until the entire audience was burnt to a crisp.
