Chartseer you could be dead right. A new low in the NYSEBP would put it at the 4% level I believe. IF that is to be then we have a while to wait to pick the low apples on the tree. The high apples require a laddar to get up there where the risk is much higher. Earnest Staby noticed in the 1940's that the charts always look the worst at the bottom and always look the best at the top. This will be interesting to say the least. Tom D
