Jhild, Thank you...... (and I know that you know that I MEAN that), OK....that takes care of Uselton and Tow as far as the land transfer is concerned............50mm shares = all the land assets. That transaction "created MTEI"........right? But, that does not clear it in my mind as to what ICVI recieved from MTEI to conduct the "reverse merger". Surely, ICVI received the 50mm shares from MTEI as stated in the PR. If I am wrong........I sincerely apologize......as my poor brain is "fried" from reading so many posts from the beginning of this stinky corp. I just need to make sense of this "basic" incorporation.....and then I know the rest will fall in line. Looking for all the help I can get........if I keep hearing the same answers.........then I will know that I'm not thinking straight and will try to reevaluate. Thanks for your help. Tina
