Greg emailed me to call him this morning when I had a chance. After a bit of phone tag and 1/2 of an hour on the phone, I got more info to pass on.

Greg said that PINC is in a "marketing pact with AOL ... to share in the revenue in any of the sales from the website created for AOL members, to be accessed by all AOL members worldwide."

He said that the push would be using banner ads bought buy PINC as well as placed by AOL, anyone AOL member typing in "Y2K" into the AOL search engine would be taken to the PINC-created website. Also, the initial log on advertisement for AOL would also expose PINC's Milennium Solutions (BTW the name of the co. that is the Y2K for PINC). Greg said that AOL has not received a single penny for the contract. Also, AOL is in the business in making money, why wouldn't it push the MS Y2K software?

Greg has apparently been traveling a lot, working on exposing our company to more venues. He is working on signing up more ISPs and big companies. They will be at the Latin Comdex in Miami in Sept. Anyone close by to visit them and give us a report?

Greg also said that the Y2K software is only part of the PINC business, they have on-line and off-line games, as well as other proprietary internet stuff going on. A lot of big name software companies have started out small and gone onto big things. Maybe some more news releases on other contracts or a product review would be a good thing for the company to look at, IMHO.

My brother is into the computer field, working with servers and LANs. Talking to him on the phone tonight, he said that he is pushing hard to get into the Y2K field, so that they can get their customers up to speed. I told him I would try to get him a copy of the MBK as soon as I could to test it for us. I let you know what he says.

For those of us who are shareholders, are you nervous? You should be! This is the OTC market. But look around. All around is the downtrend in the marketplace. Will it last forever? No. Will PINC hit 0.25? $20? Who really knows? But if YHOO, AMZN, SEEK, and the other internet heavy hitters, who don't earn scratch right now, sell as high as they do, who knows what a successful PINC will hit? $5, $8, $15, or $1? I don't know, but a $1.50 is a double from here, and that is a great return, even if it takes until next Sept! 100% in a year? Even 20% in hard to hit sometimes. So, be patient. If you check the price everyday, you are a trader or have too much at risk. Traders, well they are their own sort. If you cannot sleep at night, then perhaps you should reduce your position, or call Greg yourself. He is a nice person and said he will take calls 24/7 if you must.

Yes, I own shares of PINC. I doubled my position on Fri. Will I add more, yes. Am I putting a positive spin on PINC? Yes, so far. For a company only 3 months old, things are looking great. Revenues? Well, that will be a report card to check out, if they are released. Greg said he was not going to give me a firm date.

What competition does PINC have? According to Greg, no one else does what their software does. I am continuing to research and will update as soon as I can.

Enough!
