Marty,

<<Given all the cost cutting, have you heard anything regarding how employee moral is holding up?>>

This is just my opinion but I have several years of experience in dealing with RDRT. I think the employee morale has never been higher. It used to be common knowledge that RDRT was an extremely political environment to work in. I have several friends who have been through the RDRT mill. Their horizontal, complex, org chart, which used to change so often that at any one time there could be three or four versions floating around, lent to overlapping areas of responsibility. At one time I did not know a single vendor that didn't feel like RDRT was an impossible company to deal with. It was difficult to figure out who you had to deal with and there was a culture there that resulted in extreme adversarial relationships with their suppliers.

In recent conversations I find that many judge this to no longer be true. Apparently areas of responsibility have been better delineated. Furthermore suppliers and customers alike report that the organization is easier to deal with. I always felt that it was very difficult to change a corporate culture while under the same leadership at the top. This may not be true in RDRT's case though I would note that they have imported many agents for change over the last several months. I regard these subjective observations as a plus when contemplating an investment in RDRT.

Best,
Stitch
