In re: "buying opportunity" Alan, I heard the words, but I, for one, did not hear the conviction behind them on Saturday. No doubt, this market has bedeviled even Brinker of late, and he was noticeably subdued in tone, unembellished in speech, and decried none of his peers today. Someone referred recently to crises in governments coincident with the economic crises gripping many overseas eco- nomies. It seems that we here in the USA are not immune from a crisis in government, and I myself do not believe we have seen the worst of it yet, especially, at still historically high multiples in the market. Perhaps, there is not yet enough blood in the streets or loud enough cannon fire for me to do more than nibble at these levels. If I am wrong, it would hardly be the first time.
