I'm already long AFFX (tiny amount) and will hold until it pays off or I come to think the company's badly run or their technology is bad or superseded. I'm tempted to buy at $18, but will hold off since the big market picture looks so bad (i.e. deflation.) But if it hits $15--roughly 50% of where I first bought, then I'll buy. It's not the law suit that worries me. Isn't everyone being sued today?
