Mark...read this article from USA Today, carefully, all the way through:

search.usatoday.com

Then, when you get your claim form, read the instructions carefully. The payout does vary according to some purchase facts.

Mark...I got out my copy of IMPX claim instructions and read them again. From the "Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Actions"...:

"The proposed settlement creates a fund in the amount of $9.5 million in cash and will include any interest that accrues on the fund prior to distribution Based on plaintiffs' estimate of the number of shares entitled to participate in the Settlement and the anticipated number of claims to be submitted by Class members, the average distribution per share will be approximately $0.57 before deduction of Court-approved fees and expenses. However, your actual recovery from this fund will depend on a number of variables, including the number of shares you purchased and the timing of your purchases and sales, if any."

Hope this is helpful to you.
