this is first thing i checked to see if story was true, jordan electron is steady si poster not here hyping, if you were running a scam the front man would sign up start thread and disappear, check name of first reply another regular si poster, well rich story looks legit, first piece to puzzle, will wait for your response before we move on

I agree with you. That is what the company's news release seems to indicate. The problem I have is with bmart who keeps claiming that the shares will be "cancelled". Certain readers could, I should I say, get the wrong impression. I am just trying to have bmart clarify his statements but he doesn't seem that have any interest doing it.

P.S. This exchange reminds me of the discussion we had on the MTEI thread about accounting principles. Do you remember the missing $160 million and the $2.85 book value? Nostalgia I guess.

Well I think the balancing transaction will be the issuance of Preferred B shares. Of course we haven't the foggiest what those conversion rights are, as they are not being offered to all shareholders of the common class.

Information Received: the new preferred shares will be restricted, and will not be convertible.

I find this perplexing, as a concept. If they're not convertible under any circumstances, then...??
