<<Actually Nelson Rockefeller died on top of a research assistant in a New York City townhouse. I believe they had to use a drug on him that has the opposite effect of Viagra in order to fit him into his coffin.>>

It is said that in the haste to repair the scene between the time of Rockefeller's death and the arrival of the authorities, his shoes were put onto the wrong feet, and the Wall Street Journal found in his hands was upside down.

RE: Was Nelson up to the job at the time of his death.

I think I know that drug --- lisinopril. If he had taken it regularly he (probably) wouldn't have had the heart attack. He probably wouldn't have been on top of his research assistant either. Nelson Rockefeller (1908-1979) was VP from 1974 to 1977. Appointed by Ford (who actually was born a King.) Nelson was booted from the ticket in 1976, replaced by Bob Dole, who was beaten by Mondale (with Carter). Interestingly enough, as far as Merriam-Webster (Biographical Dictionary 1988 ed) is concerned, both Ford and Nixon have become non-persons and are not listed. I guess our long national nightmare if finally over at last.
