Brian, I see SFNB as continuing to grow as an independent, because it needs to be the standard-setter for many big banks that will use its Net banking systems. If just one were to own it, the others might be reluctant to use the system. And several years ago, MSFT tried to move into the bank system, and was soundly blocked. The banks are not without power.

I think SFNB will continue to build out, reinvesting cash flow and equity investments from other big institutions like Citi and State Farm, and will be a consolidator, rather than the acquired. That may mean that it will defer profits, as it has done so far. But I have no real insight and hope others here may inform us.
