Hi John, Thanks for your post. To do italics just put this before the type, an "<" then an "i" then an ">", to then go back to normal type do the same except put an "/" after the < and before the i. I used quotations because you can't post the actual configuration without it disappearing and causing the type to be italic! I like to go first to the plain statements on an issue before getting into more obscure statements on a subject or prophecy. The order of events concerning the end times was explained by Jesus to His disciples in Matthew 24 which describes the signs of Christ's return. This is very important because Jesus is speaking and He obviously puts all the events leading to His return in chronological order. He clearly describes the events of the entire great tribulation period as taking place before the gathering together or harvest of the elect which is us, the Church. A study of this chapter lays out for us all the events and their place in the time line. This scripture shows the "rapture" as being the last event in a long description of the great tribulation period. Matt. 24: 29-31 "But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give it's light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken, 30 and then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory. 31 And he will send forth His angels WITH A GREAT TRUMPET AND THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from THE FOUR WINDS, FROM ONE END OF THE SKY TO THE OTHER.
