Hello Mr. Mitchell or I am more interested in this statement of yours. Monsanto didn't call me back, but I was "officially" told by AZNT the two companies met very recently. Perhaps you could clarify this for us. Is there some difference between telling you in a meeting, or on the phone, and an official release of news. I get the impression you are sniping the word "official" in your statement, would that be correct ? You also indicated that you had called Monsanto, if it is not too much trouble, would you kindly provide the name of the person who you are expecting a call from.

ok jeff one by one, first jb oxford is not happy, they already filed and got a one day extension from friday to monday. they called aznt said lets make a deal, mike sylver could have sold out his investors right then and there. he told them fu cover i believe. second the mm's would walk it down so they could cover cheap. BINGO JEFF NOW YOU KNOW WHAT MY WHITE KNIGHTS PART HAS BEEN HE HAS BEEN BATTLING KNIGHT AND WEIN ALL WEEK. EVERY TIME THEY TRIED TO WALK IT DOWN HE NAILED THEM WITH BUYING POWER. HE HAS A FOLLOWING WHO HAVE MADE MONEY ON PRIOR SHORTS HE BUSTED. HE KICKED KNIGHTS AND WEINS AS-ES AND I WATCHED AND MARVELED ALL WEEK ON LEVEL 2, he is the master of what he does, all bb's viciously shorted to ground, who you gonna call, SHORT BUSTER. jesse

Why cant jb appeal. Robert qualey is key to this. he designed a fool proof appeal proof case. do any doctors out there have a colleague on call to cover when they vacation. usually a friend or someone they trust right. well when vegas judges take vacations mr qualey fills in, do you think the courts were sympathetic when his company filed motions mr q figured out how to avoid this problem, this case has been tailored and designed to bust shorts since late november and all comes down to one day, this monday, the legal costs are too much for most bb companies, aznt mgmt is wealthy hence no salary, and mr qualey did most of legal work is my guess. jesse

why wouldnt they cover when aznt was 50 cents for 3 months, no short thinks they ever will have to cover, they must be forced to cover that is what aznt did i believe. cav ps if no jbox monday will i sell, no i think aznt is a $3 stock with no short squeeze, i will be disappointed big time though.

Mr. Mitchell, My understanding is that the court extended JB OXFORD one additional day, that was it. They spent the day trying to obtain wholesale shares from the company direct, the company declined. There is not one share in street name available. They cannot pull a rabbit out of the hat. There is a freeze at the DTC. And, by the way, JB OXFORD is only one of the shorts that have been forced by the court to cover(in this case, on behalf of Andy Mann). I believe they must buy a specified amount on Monday. The company is better suited to give you a definitive answer. After the illegal shares are eliminated and profit-taking winds down, only then will we see proper shareholder value. RB RB
