Mondays action will be like this:

Most of the internet stocks will rebound around 5%, at least at the bell (as in a gap).. But within 15 or 20 minutes they're all going to start heading lower. I intend to open put positions spread over AMZN and YHOO with 70% amazon and 30% yahoo within the first 30 minutes of monday, but I'm going to wait for the bounce.

We're in for another thousand point drop on the dow in the next month or so.. Remember, 80% of retail investors have never experienced a bull market. They've only seen stocks go up.

>>The first net withdrawals from mutuals in 8 years

Are you sure about that, Rob? There have been short periods of net withdrawls last Fall, early and mid 1996, 1994...

For the short-term, I think the
darlings will continue to do better than the secondary inet stocks. AMZN, AOL, MSPG,
Yahoo and others will probably, IMO pull up at least a bit by the end of the week.

Rob,

I tend to agree. I am confused as to why they ever became darlings but they are. I really doubt a 30% bear market but that possibly may be from my bias to not want to see one;-)
