Michael, several of the people associated with that conservative Oregon think tank have good academic credentials. However, their web page makes it clear that they support free enterprise and home schooling, and are against socialism. This makes them a think tank espousing certain political views, not scientists using the scientific method to make discoveries. I am not sure why you do not understand this difference.

Certainly, I could present scientists with impeccable credentials who support global warming caused by humans. And I bet I could find thousands of them. But what would that prove? Credentials alone do not make good science.

The Science and Environmental Policy Project is obviously another free enterprise, conservative think tank. Look at how sensational and biased this web site is!!
