I would think the keywords here are, "Record, Develop, and Update Investors & Shareholders!"

For Smith Consulting to invest the kind of money it takes to retain a public relations firm at this particular time.. Well, I'm guessing the road we are on with SGNC is not as long as SOME would have you believe... (IMO )

I think that people would want to at least hear that the testing is "promising"; that no bad surprises have occurred in testing and that the desired results are occurring to date....that could happen as early as phase one testing..... have a good one....Danny
