Thanks for all the opinions,good discussion. So bottomline, it would appear Russia won't be a worsening problem,but can be expected to continue maximum production,hindering a recovery. As far as Venezuela,they have been labeled by most as the worst OPEC violating country,their economy is failing,can and will they increase production to get some badly needed cash? Again hindering a recovery in oil prices.. DD
