BigJake. I believe TPI heard from the SEC in late June or early July. TPI discussed how to address the SEC's concerns with attornies, had a BOD meeting to discuss options with the Reg D holders and decided to gone down this path of coming clean. From the point of hearing from the SEC that essentially the previously filed SB2 was not "effective" yet to the point of filing, TPI is not a "reporting company" and can not make statements that are "forward looking" to shareholders. This period from date of notification by SEC to filing is referred to as a "quiet period". I think this explains alot. 1. Why the roadshow was abruptly halted. 2. Why the stock price has gone from 1.60 at the time I attended the road show in NY on June 8 to .50 now 3. Why we have had no confirmation of revenue numbers. 4. Why Jim Janis has sounded irritated everytime I have talked to him in the last 1.5 months 5. Certainly why we have not had any press releases in particular given two weeks ago was the "busiest in company history" Source Alan's little birdie and my independent verification. Does everyone remember the last time TPI became a reporting company. (I know, its only supposed to happen once) Remember how many PR's came out?? All of this is just my opinion. do your own DD.
