Based on my last post some may wonder why the actual value of FXWA is not in ARET's 10Q - The reason is that the value of the acquired equity is taken up according to the price given - Which is 0.001$ the par value of ARET shares. That's why it is tax free - The Tax comes when ARET may sell the FXWA shares.

Some may remember that I said it looked as if ARET got paid for services done in that deal. Which is also in coordination with the 10Q statement of FXWA that some suppliers had accepted to be paid in shares. I should probably have been more specific when saying it. :-)

Jens,

"I do not understand the floorless" Simple, my friend. Look
at the volume traded...you post it each day. Each day there
appears to be more buy trades than sell trades....now look at
the price of the stock! Looks fairly simple to me. With more
buys than sells the price should be rising, not following..
correct?
