Bgtit, I already have a copy of the Brazilian license agreement. Could you please tell me exactly what line (in Portuguese) "proves" the license is exclusive? In other words, having the actual license, so far, has done me little good. If I can confirm the sentence in question exists on my copy, and I can confirm through people here on SI who claim to understand Portuguese that is means what you say it does, then, bingo, this little episode should be resolved. Well, I will make it even easier for you. Just post the passages from the license that you are relying on to make this claim that it is an exclusive arrangement. I will get a copy to verify it when I see this language. Typing in a simple paragraph from the agreement would seem a lot less work than the long posts that you have already typed. If you can't do that then I will know for certain that you are lying when you say that you have a license that says it is exclusive. No Mr. bgtit. It's put up or shut up time for you on this. I'm calling your bluff. I await your "verbatim" quote from the license. (PS: I can get it translated from Portuguese if you have any concerns about that, so English translation or Portuguese original, if that's what it is. Or quote from the conforming English language version. Your choice.) You can't do it, because you are not telling the truth, is my guess. So now if I have to call your boss, that would be Mike Sylver? Or am I already talking to the big cheese right now?
