I am not sure I follow. Let me summarize my post: I think to say the company is "cancelling" stock is misleading. There is something missing in that statement. It would appear that the shares are being "converted" not simply cancelled. Whatever they are doing I believe bmart should be more specific, otherwise people could rely on only half the story to buy the stock. The whole truth is what we want. By the way, I am not questioning the company disclosure I am just objecting to half-truths coming from certain participants on this thread.
