Yes that's true, and it's exactly what I am saying. If the company refers to Touch of nature" as a "sweetner" with the "same applications as sugar" it looks to me like they are calling their product a food additive and not a dietary supplement.
It makes me wonder if the FDA will allow them to sell TON as a dietary supplement and avoid the FDA rules.
