Paunch, was there any basis to Jackson's post that people were conducting assays at BRX? What kind of an organization lets him know more about what's going on than longs. That's something that frost my ass about these threads. Guys that profess that they don't have any financial interest seem to have more knowledge about what's happening than shareholders. These threads are proving to be useless for information useful to shareholders and only serves people with their own agendas, it stinks.

Paunch,

<<I understand the law suit against Coggons and the others is getting close to beginning, and maybe the truth will then come out. >>

Which others are named in the suit?

Perhaps you should suggest that your free class action attorney hire an investigator and find out who, if anyone will be paying the claim maintenance fees on Black Rock tomorrow. I have been told but have not confirmed that the placer claims are in Omega's name. The hard rock claims are probably in IPM's name. I don't think the hard rock claims will be renewed.
