Oh I pulled that 10% out of my armpit.

When I think about it, I am probably more in the 5% most bearish investors. A "pessimist" now is still someone who thinks the market might touch 7,500 as a bottom.

I don't know, though. What percentage of market-followers would you guess are looking for a bear of at least 50% down from where we are now? There was some survey I came across but the web page wouldn't work for me. I guess we could look at the SI survey.

And guess what? The SI poll shows exactly 10% "extremely bearish"--meaning a 31% decline.
