Last October I said to myself that I would be out of the market by August or at the latest by Sept as I did not want to go thru that again. Easier said than done, but if others thought that way it could explain what is happening.(its October in August) Also the market moves ever-faster each year, Nasdaq equipped with Dells)GG. Much cheaper broker fees, better news distribution thru the Web, more people doing their own trading. Bad news hits and the market goes down fast, get some good (or less bad) news and the market comes back fast. In this case may only take weeks to turn around, but that's not a prediction. I do expect a good bounce soon tho. Sig
