SUBTRACT my BUTT!.. It's about time these damn companies give you MORE then you expect from them for a change... NOW WOULDN'T THAT BE A PLESENT SURPRISE!! LOL Anyway.. It matters not!!! I dumped their ass last week and went with a small MOM & POP Internet provider. I have been hooking up at 49,333 bps almost every hit. Funny how I am using the same FREAKING phone lines that Interact and USWest said was causing my problem of only hooking up at 28,800! Bullshit!!
