Let me see if I can get the recent events correct: First, Jack closes MTEI on August 15 because he says that the company is out of money. Declares himself dictator and writes himself a bill of sale for all office equipment, furnishings, etc. Then, on August 24 he re-invents Ibis Energy his previous company whos charter was forfeited for failure to pay his taxes. This new Ibis Energy has 100,000,000 registered shares and he is doing business out of his home on Del Monte in Briargrove Park, Section 1, Block 11, Lot 326. Damn skippy! Moneybaggs, outraged just doesn't begin to come close to how I feel. Jack, I want MY MONEY BACK and I WILL take it back. PB

Well, well. Just one more thing that needs to be looked into. This is very peculiar indeed. Months ago I checked Nevada records for companies of which Jack Uselton might be an officer. I continued to look every once in awhile, thinking that possibly after the reverse merger he would show up as president of MTEI (which is incorporated in Nevada as Mountain Energy, as we all know; John Christensen is still listed as prez). Nothing. About ten days ago I learned that Jack had started a new company. Naturally I looked again. Still nothing. This is VERY strange. Why did this record hit the database so late? And what IS "Mountain Resources"? Could it be, ah, a convenient place to park some money? And why has Jack now set up yet ANOTHER company, Ibis Energy? Somebody really oughta freeze this guy's assets till the smoke clears.
