You should read what the analysts said about Sirrom Capital when it was in the low 30s, the low 20s, the low teens. They started to throw in the towel around 11,9 and then Jennifer Martin the Morgan Stanley analys finally downgraded the stock at 6. Remember Wall Street analysts clients are the investment banking clients, not stock investors and you will avoid making silly comments like "the analysts said the accounting is kosher" or "the analysts said it was cheap". Look at what the analysts said about CLCX. The analysts are bone-heads.

Since you seem to be aware of all things positive about sexi REXI, please tell me:

1.Did mgmt guarantee they would be buying stock?
2.Did they guarantee they would be buying back bonds or preferred?
3.Did they give a timetable for completing these purchases?
4.Do they have the cash on hand to buy back securities?
5.If they do have the cash, can they buy back these securities without effecting operations?
6.If they don't have the cash on hand, how will they get it? Issue bonds to buy stock?

If you can answer just two of the above 6 questions, I'd be real impressed.
