Good points. Might happen I'm sorry I didn't sell at 5. Law suits against them might be very possible since it sounds like officers of the company were spreading information they're not allowed to spread, and false information, at that.

TRUE!!! Managed Care Organizations in general have been HORRIBLE as investments so far. With their track record to date, I often wonder how they will survive as an industry.

Joe, I was very upset the day of earnings but now that I have calmed down I realize that there can be no lawsuits. The only public statement made by CMP was that they were comfortable with analyst estimates. There was not a significant deviation from that. perhaps they did not meet brokers' expectations but that is not a recoverable action. I do think CMP will continue to make money and we should see that for the quarter just ended. If there is no profit this quarter (without the benefit of a reserve reversal), I would see that as a cause of concern
