ICEP, from what I read in the PR, stated they are doing a 16:1 forward split and they are changing the CUSIP. Now if you are short this stock, after the split you will have 16 times your original short position. Also, from watching the real-time price movement it is evident, at least to me, that this is a classic "bust-the-shorts" / short squeeze. biz.yahoo.com the above is the news release. Check a chart and see that when that release came out ICEP was $1bid x $2 ask. I see nothing but upward movement as all shorts ( naked, illegal, whatever) begin to cover. We Shall See. Joe PTG&LI !!!
