Michael -

Thanks for the three articles. I particularly liked the last one:

nationalcenter.org

Full of statistics contrary to the global warming argument. I haven't read anything from the "other side" on this issue - and it sounds like their arguments are pretty sound!

It seems like the media are doing to global warming what they tend to do to corporate news: take a side and pound away with their story until everyone believes that its true. I've seen it happen zillions of times with the AMD/Intel situation. How many times have the newspapers declared that AMD would beat the pants off Intel? When they continually promote this idea, eventually people start to buy it and AMD rises and Intel sinks. This only reverses later when the media is proved wrong. Maybe we'll see a similar situation with the global warming issue.

We shouldn't forget that reporters are people too, and they are just as susceptible to following crowd psychology as the rest of us.
