Will,

I'll take a stab at it.

Short term the markets are oversold and if..If the noise in Russia can quiet down IMHO we should have a slight retracement.

It's too early to tell if this is a correction or the beginnings of a bear market. Arguments could be made for both positions now.

The big question is how this will affect Cisco. My guess is that the sales rate will slow in some countries, ie the third world and some of the emerging developing countries. I do not expect much if any slowdown in Europe and North America. There is just to much pressure to get connected.

No prediction for Monday on CSCO, but Aug 31 of 1999. CSCO will be at least $100
after split adjustment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
