Worthwhile warning - Vengua's participation to raise additional capital, is one way this could happen. Would like to hear your thoughts on how this might affect stock price, from the point of examples, since this is not even trading yet. Realize that the shares that are bought now are already free-trading, ie not owned by the company but by those in early. As these shares are purchased, and hopefully (as a prospective purchaser) go up in value, other larger investors would be interested in the large blocks in a possible private offering, which would dilute my shares bought on the market, but would give the company needed capital to grow the company so that it would accomplish the marketing & development you point out is needed, and allow it to grow even more. Anyway, as you say, a new company like this is a roll of the dice, and the only way I know to try to be in the success column is to do DD and know this is very speculative..
