Thanks Trader,

Yeah, the 30K was working before the heavy days of Thursday and Friday (although all mornings have been a little slow). But, my regular phone line is also scratchy and the local papers are pointing the finger at US West. It's probably better or worse, depending on where you live.

Thought about the shotgun modem, but at the time, US West promised an ISDN line in 3 weeks. It has been over 2 months! Oh well, nothing is easy!
