DOES AZNT REALLY HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE BRAZILIAN GOVERNMENT TO EXPORT ORGANIC MATERIAL FROM THE AMAZON RAIN FOREST?

I think this bullsh*t (report me for vulgarity again bmart) about AZNT having an exclusive agreement with the Brazilian government is making the hypesters look sillier and sillier.
My reasoning is as follows:

1)Only Brazilian companies can export materials from Brazil.
2)AZNT is not a Brazilian company.
3)AZNT does not own any Brazilian companies.

ANTCIE is said to be the company that AZNT deals with to obtain products from Brazil. ANTCIE is not owned by AZNT. This is what the 10-KSB (for year ending dec 31, 96) says about their relationship.

>>>The Company acquires its plants from Amazon Natural Treasures Commercial Importadora Exportadora LTDA ("ANTCIE"), a Brazilian corporation which is ownedby Michael Sylver, the Company's President; Rocque Pucci, the Company's VicePresident; Rudine Borgato, the Company's Brazilian Counsel; and, Carlos Franco.<<<

I think this proves that AZNT can't have an exclusive agreement with Brazil to export organic materials from the Amazon rain forest. In order for AZNT to have any kind of agreement that remotely resembles what has been claimed here by some there would have to be 2 agreements. One between ANTCIE and Brazil and one between ANTCIE and AZNT.

Even if these two contracts did exist what makes anyone think that ANTCIE (the brazilian corporation not owned by AZNT) would allow AZNT (the American corporation) to make the profits off of such a lucrative export contract? Do you think anybody would be so naive as to believe that?
