Bill, I sold Bay at 32 1/2 and have not re entered...If your bearish..don't buy asnd yet.Personally, I would not be comfortable being long until later in Sept or even early Nov.Remember earnings warnings season is coming up and the markets are in the "spooked" mode anyway. Funny you mentioned 1994...I had lunch WED with a man who said THIS IS 1994.I am getting confused (again) with your opinion.IF this is the second week in Dec'94...we rally big time???BUT aren't you getting signals that the rally will be a weak/week one?:) Regards, Barbara
