Steve, I think that "access to the system" means on-line with DOJ. The Dept of Consumer Affairs will need to have the machines to take the prints, which are then sent by the machines built in computer to DOJ for the background check. The turn around time for an employment check response is (I think) only 72-hours which is AMAZING considering that the old ink rolled cards sometimes took MONTHS to process. Another great find guy - GOOD JOB STEVE!!!!
