DMG - ****OT to do with the market*****

I have posted that a couple of weeks ago but I'm not sure on which thread. I got myhead bitten off by a couple of the guys and as it was OT I never bothered to return to it.

Anyway what I did say was that:-

1. I didn't think the Japanese would do anything very much towards our concerns.

2. If they did eventually do something it would be very late if not too late.

3. All this Japanese cultural differnce stuff was simply nonsense and an excuse to do nothing because maybe they don't wnat to do very much because there is real damage being done to the greatest economy on earth and if the US economy suffers a bit they might not be too upset about it in fact it might suit some plan they have.

Still whichever way it is I don't think we've got a cat in hells chance of doing anything else except crash and burn unless the Japanese get their economy going in a normal western way... you know GNP growth and bust companies and banks go bankrupt and get recycled and so do their staffs.

Now being practical that isn't going to happen tonight and so I guess we're back on the same slide as of 9.30 tomorrow morning.

Regards,

L
