Yesterday I had a very good meeting with a very astute person / investor(s), about CVIA here in New York, well a few beers later talk turned from business to the market.

This is going to sound a little odd but we were both in agreement we may be heading into a bear market... the Bond market (the debt market) is heating up and the equities market (stock market) is cooling off.

In other words the smart traders have slowly stopped betting on the companies equity and have started betting on the pay off of debt. IE Taking away from the shareholders equity to pay off or to generate debt.

Make a long story short if we do go into a bear market...not everyone likes buying some one elses debt paper, and since the BIG BOARDS are cooling off, equity investors start looking for no debt bargain priced equity stock were ever they can find it. Including small companies. Such as what we will be doing with our IPO's.

We just may wind up being in the right place at the right time with the right wares to offer the equity bargain hunters.

Then again maybe we drank too much beer <g>
But at least we all left feeling we had a very viable company and concept... so all in all I guess it was a good day.
