Mr.bgtit, May I suggest that Mr. Martin and his group read through the court documents. If they are looking for criminals they will find them there. They will also see the ramifications of their illegal activities when Andy Mann goes about buying 4.4MM shares of AZNT in the open market. Messrs. Quiel & Fasano are not employees or contracted by AZNT, they recieve no compensation. These are the desperate attempts of shorts in the final hours. Beautiful ad BTW in the 'Windy City Sports' Magazine promoting AZNT's Touch of Nature! RB

IR is to distribute material containing information in regards to investor related materials. The Investor relations person is John Fasano. An employee of AZNT. His job is to release press material, send out information to perspective shareholders. What Mr. Diver wants to know who is the PROMOTER, and there isn't one.

He does this as part of some community service agreement with the SEC? Seems a trifle out of character for someone indicted for fraud, not to be taking compensation in any form for the work he is doing. This is the same John Fasano isn't it? Or is this a "good" John Fasano? Did you seriously expect anyone would believe that. Geez, very disappointing. Take me to your leader.
