Gary--I have not been able to download any data since I got my program material on Wednesday of last week. I have tried both 1-800 and internet,and have been instructed by tech support, all with no success. I keep getting incorrect password messages. I have tried to click cancel and go to Update data base and that does not work either. Any suggestions? Myron
