Let me invite all of you to examine the prospects of Gradall (GRDL), a company in New Philadelphia, Ohio, that manufactures earth moving equipment. It is VERY thinly traded, so I would advise caution in placing buys and sells, steering away from market orders.

GRDL has enjoyed good growth in earnings and revenues since going public around a year ago. I also have learned from a fellow who works there that they have been working 10 hours/day, 6-7 days a week to keep up with the order backlog.

Gradall's P/E is currently under 10 and appears to me to be a good bargain. I would suggest this as a place to park some bucks for some long term capital gains -- I do NOT consider it a quick trade.
