One must conclude that they have an investor that they prefer to do the deal with. TCI/Liberty has to be a good bet imo. Art

Steve - As I wrote they turned down 5 mill. (which had good terms) so they must have as the document reads a real strategic partner from the list and i suspect it WON'T be another joint venture without cash but rather an equity stake.
