you said>>>>>. I think I'll sit on the sidelines for awhile and watch the great financial genius come unglued.<<<<<<

I guess you must be speaking of Burditt when you say "financial genius"? He's the only person you seem to think is a financial genius.
All that aside though, I will say that I think it will be a near miracle if he can save this company considering what he had to start with but at least we have a chance now.

Subject: Crazy mixed up Hales
Date: Sun, Aug 30, 1998 17:34 EDT

From AOL

How do you explain a man who appears to be confused?
He might be part of the scam trying to deflect the investigation and penalty.

We do know that this, "Crack Pot", Steve Hales is a partner with Omar Ahmed, and
That he prepared and posted the Caye Chapel pages on SI, that were filled with LIES.
It is probable that some compensation was paid to Steve Hales.
Money, free stock certificates or any other kind of bribe is a way to make someone
blind to the reality. Steve Hales is a crazy, mixed up and confused man that does
not appear to know the difference between RIGHT and WRONG.

But nothing that Steve Hales does will protect, defend or explain Burditt
or Timmins or Omar. What they did was not a mistake or error. They conspired
to plan and execute a plan to deceive the shareholders, the auditors, the SEC,
the news sources, and the outside independent directors of Oilex and Caye Chapel.
