I agree with you long term. I have held 20 Jan $60 puts and 10 Jan $65 puts for a while and am just thinking about the short term.

It seems likely that MCD would trade around the $55 dollar level if the Dow continues to slide. The DOW is up only about 1% this year compared with MCD being up around 50%.
