RE: GMGC is a coiled spring and market musings

I agree with Sea Otter...
Hey, maybe the Yahoo who suggested Ray Rueb and Sea Otter
are the same person is right!

Sea Otter has "the fear".
I've been trading for 20+ years and this fall scares me,
that's why I wanted to be out by end of August.
November will be a "safe time" to get back in.

Currently, I'm all cash in my IRA (sold my last GMGC on Friday at
5 1/2) and I'm short 900 shares of NSCP (on Wednesday at 26 3/8)
in my general account.

I believe Monday will bring a jump up in the morning (to 7) and a
close under 6. I believe GMGC is in for another pounding short term.
I'm clearly too emotional about GMGC, so I'm not trading it.
If I were, I'd try to short on Monday at 7 3/8.

Today I convinced a friend of mine
(who doesn't have time to follow the market and bought
1000 shares at 14 1/2 on my recommendation)
to place 2 GMGC buy orders:
buy 1000 shares at 3 3/4
buy 2000 shares at 2 1/2
If both trade they will reduce his break-even to 5 7/8.

At work, I have 2 people who are opening trading accounts for the
first time in their lives. The statement I made was: "I'll tell you
when to buy, but you'll think I'm crazy because it'll be a
truly scary time to buy". I think it'll be sometime in October.

>>My secret hope is that we have our crash real quickly, allowing gmgc to fly unencumbered when the great news flows. My secret fear is that we get slowly strangled instead.<<

My sentiments exactly. The overall market situation / disaster makes things scary. At this moment I'm split about fearing a serious further decline in world markets of another 25% (with its implications for GMGC) and believing that positive news for GMGC may / will hit in October / November. The 100.000 $ question is, will this push the price of GMGC up from $1, $3 or 4......?????

As I wrote, I'm currently (since Friday) out of GMGC. Todays "little" crash activated my personal "disclaimer", what means that the general trouble lowers my bottom estimate again to about $3. Time will tell which buy limit would have been the Holy Grail.....

Besides this-GMGC's price maintained better than I expected when I at first saw the Dow and Nasdaq losses. GMGC defended some of its gains from Friday- a sign of strength?!

Good luck all,

Juan
